In an exciting revelation, US Ambassador to India, Eric Garcetti, declared that America is set to send an Indian astronaut to the International Space Station by the year’s end. Speaking at an event commemorating the 248th Independence Day of the United States in Mumbai, Garcetti also highlighted the anticipated launch of the NISAR project, a collaborative Earth-observing venture between NASA and the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).
